I started my career as a peer support worker in a drug rehab over 30 years ago and my last post was as an internal Coach in a large London University. I worked with One Vision Counselling in SE London and WandsworthAssociation of Psychotherapists in SW London. I have taught Coaching  skills at LC & CTA in SE London. Since 2009 I have had my own private practice of Coaching and Psychotherapy.

My research has been in Addiction and Psychotherapy. I am currently researching the benefits or not of Psychotherapy for members of   12 step fellowships. Another area I am actively looking into is EMDR and its relation to Addiction/ Alcoholism.
